This song is incredible. Sometimes I love being on the other end of a song as a listener instead of writing songs of my own. Writing relatable songs is one thing, but finding an amazing song and actually relating to song lyrics is something that I’ve always loved. Amazing.

So I havent posted one of these in a while and I think its time to.
A lot has been going on lately in my mind and in my life. Its been pretty difficult to keep my priorities straight and concentrate on what to do next. As you guys have seen on my twitter and facebook, I’ve been busy recording the acoustic EP, along with another 10 brand new Just Kait songs, but as busy as I’ve been I feel like I’ve been leaving you guys pretty bored. Its almost like I cant get things done fast enough. So much has happened since the start of the tour til now, a whole year later, some good some bad, and I just want to make you all happy and excited with whatever comes next.
Music is my passion but its also one of the hardest things in life to be successful at. I dont care about money or fancy crap, that doesnt matter to me. What matters to me is continuing to be productive and doing it for as long as I can. Continuing to make people feel happy. Sometimes when I dont release songs as often, or show dates, or even a whole new tour, I feel like you guys may get sick of waiting and move on to the something else thats more productive. And Ive said this before because its like my biggest fear. My fans mean way too much to me to ever lose whether Im playing shows every day or recording an album that takes another year. Just something I needed to get off my chest.
That being said and on a happier note, I did a tweet spree tonight and it made me really happy. It reminded me of how much I really miss you guys and touring, and playing shows that I just cant wait to finish these songs up and start booking some shows. Talking to you guys, and having you guys enjoy the videos i make here and there or replying to the tweets I write always make me happy because I love keeping in touch with you guys. Especially since you guys have stuck around so long. It really means the world.
When these new songs are released, I hope you all enjoy them, and when more shows are released I hope you come party with me and the boys because the new songs are gonna be hellaaaaaaaa fun to play and sing along to :)
But thats the end of my crybaby rant hahah. I love you guys with all my heart and soul and I hope for nothing but great things to come soon. <3
